The Board reviewed plans for the installation of stone veneer on the foundation of the residence.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
“Tierney – 250 Sheldon Avenue - I have reviewed this application for the installation of stone veneer on the foundation of the residence and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Pinckney moved, seconded by Ms. Greenwood and unanimously carried to approve the installation of stone veneer on the foundation of the residence at 250 Sheldon Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated March 11, 2014.
LIGHTHOUSE ICE CREAM & COFFEE – 127 WEST MAIN STREET
The Board reviewed plans for a new wall sign with external lighting.

Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Ms. Greenwood and unanimously carried to approve a new wall sign with external lighting at 127 West Main Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated April 8, 2014.

Mr. Ralph Mackin, architect, reviewed with the Board plans for the addition of a new one-story, 2-car garage.
Zoning Board approval received May 12, 2014.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.

Ms. Greenwood moved, seconded by Ms. Pinckney and unanimously carried to approve the addition of a new one-story, 2-car garage at 120 Cobb Lane as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated April 30, 2014.

The Board Reviewed plans to replace front picture window with a bow window.

The Board Reviewed plans to construct a decorative stone column in the front yard.

Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Ms. Pinckney and unanimously carried to approve construction of a decorative stone column in the front yard at 59 Rosehill Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated May 2, 2014.

The Board Reviewed plans for the construction of a new single family residence.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.

Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve the construction of a new single family residence at 58 Gracemere as shown on the plans received by the Building Department dated May 2, 2014.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board’s April 16, 2014 meeting be approved as submitted.
